Quietly Bestowed Upon Me!

Sometimes I think I act like a Hummingbird---Flittering as fast and as furious as I possibly can to get from point 'A' to point 'B'----I am not real good at it---but in my head I have great ASPIRATIONS!!! I popped onto a Blog ( that a friend had sent me to check out because it was so good) and met a new friend ---her name is Cookie----she writes stories and has pictures and music and everything---her Blog Rocks the Casba----She added me to her Blog and put my link into a spotlight----I can not thank her enough for doing that for this relatively new kid on the block---- that was so very very sweet of her to do---she's the type of gal that is always paying it forward----so as the circle must continually try to complete itself---so shall I add to the payment forward----I love you Cookie and Thank You for the thoughtful things you do for so many people in your life---AND to top it off---she digs the REAL Rock & Roll---when Rock & Roll actually was sang for a reason----

Renee-Doesn"t all of NE/Upper Mn have the smae landscape?? I'm kinda in NE MN but not on the Iron Range anymore! I was a tranplant for just a few years...By the way you still have the directions to go w/your singer??Have the case, the adapter not directions....Deer are troublesome...the moose coming thru every spring is even worse...it's weird...

YUP--I do---they are still intact with all the pages even---don't really know how that could have happened!!! HONESTLY!---

Remember about 4 years ago or so--the deer were in large herds all over the place---I was so fearful of hitting one in the dark of night---I didn't drive at night when I was home or up at the Lake---crazy!

Apparently there is some issues with the Moose---they are moving further south and there was a huge story on our news station down here last Fall regarding that---My BIL has a cabin on the Gunflint and he as well is seeing more than he did even 10 years ago---scarey sad is what it is and they are dying too---

I spent my transplant time NW of Hibbing way, way up there. No relatives there anymore....now though I live approximately along the North Shore-slightly inland enough I don't catch much glimpse of the lake. The moose are the strangest visitors. I only saw one moose when I was way up north...in recent years though 4-5 moose walk thrus common. They all appear healthy for all I know about them..I know they can weird out with the brain worm so we all move quickly to indoors. we see alot of pine martins, and fishers. Comes from having a small pond on the back 40 that attracts any number of small animals and stuff they like to dine on...the chickens don't help out either..the pine martins go for the eggs. Sound wild enough for ya? Life in Minnesota..life on the shore...have a great wekend!
